We want to keep you satisfied, which is why at The Beauty Window we handle each return personally.  Returns must be within 30 days of purchase and you will be issued a store credit so that you can find the right product for you.  Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.  All shipping fees are nonrefundable.  Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed.
